We received a call from our social worker in AL this morning and were told that she'd received our pre-approval. It isn't anything fancy, but just states that China agrees to handle and process our application! That is so exciting. Now, what do I send to her? We can send her a care package and also request updated pictures of her. I hope we can get some. The pictures in her file are a little outdated. She's 2 1/2 now! Just wanted to let everyone know, it's official, Isabelle Lixiang Grace is ours!
